Return Eligibility:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items (if marked “final sale”)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at shupixa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund.
